I want this league to run very smooth and everyone to play their games. If they dont wanna play their games, i dont understand why they are in a league

You can let them know about the forum and tell them they have to be active and registered otherwise they get the boot. We want a successful season/ forum.

You should make it mandatory to be signed up with the forum. Post a date in GMC and anyone not registered by that date gets the boot.
